I've got a Scottish dad and an American mum, so if I have to label myself I'd say I'm Scots-American. I was born and raised in the States, moving from Seattle [Washington-USA] to Glasgow [Scotland-UK] in May of 2005.
I picked up the camera with the intention of documenting my new home for the family I left behind, and rediscovered my love for photography.
I started out with a wee Minolta digital camera changing to a (borrowed) Canon Powershot in March 2006, then to a hand-me-down Canon Rebel in August 2006, and finally upraded to a Canon 40D in June 2008. I also carry a Canon Powershot Elph in my pocket for those "oh I wish I had a camera!" moments.
My photostream will contain some damn fine shots, and some fairly awful ones too. Some will make sense, and some will be obvious snapshots of things that just caught my eye. It's a mix, kinda like me...
