I paint in the dark. Then I let the paintings lay around, and I look at them over and over until I find something in them. Then I title the paintings, and occasionally title them again, or allow others to title them. I am exploring both the individual and a collective consciousness.I want vision to meet vision, where I become both the artist and the viewer, through a mixture of chance and intention. I question the comfort in how we perceive things.
