I just became interested in photography a few months ago, inspired by my son (Cooper's Moon). I was very involved in digital scrapping for a couple of years, which led me into dabbling with photo editing software. I love experimenting with my photos, trying to find different ways of making them artistic. I'm retired and am enjoying having the time to take care of my home and pursuing hobbies. I am currently using a Nikon D5000 camera and am lusting pretty heavily for some of the wonderful lenses I see showcased here on Flickr.
