I've been making photos for decades now, which means that I grew up with film and that is still what I shoot often. I use several mechanical SLR's: Olympus OM1, Pentax K1000 and a Nikon FM2n. I am the original owner of the first two and the latter comes from the used market. Though in the digital age, no one seems to want these cameras, they are still very capable of making excellent photos, if you're slightly patient! I also like to use a digital for certain things. I won't argue the relative merits of film vs digital. There are great advantages and disadvantages to each, just like everything in this world.

I like to be somewhat picky about what I post. That's why not much is posted, yet. (Also I would need a good slide scanner for some of my older stuff, and I'm kinda broke right now.) Like anyone, a lot of what I shoot is not at all good, and I like to pick only the best ones for this site, or ones that I at least think will provide the viewer some kind of entertainment.
