I live in Phoenix, Arizona, and I love to take pictures, and I want an easy way to publish them, and this is it. I'm not a professional photographer, and I've never taken any photography classes, but I like pictures, so I carry my camera around with me, and if I see something that catches my eye, I click it. My Flickr does not have any photos that I consider to be personal, but all the ones that I want to make available for public viewing, I upload here. I don't cull through them and pick out my best ones... I let you the viewer do that, seeing as we're all different, what I might like, isn't what somebody else might like. I just upload what I've got, and let you browse.

I used to have a Canon Powershot S1 IS (3.2MP), but recently moved over to a Digital Rebel XTi (10.1MP), and it's made a huge difference in how I take my pictures. I pretty much carry both of them with me in my backpack most places along with a camera phone that I carry with me at all times.

I generally prefer adhoc candid shots over posed shots, but since I can't control everything, I'll take them as I get them. Landscape and sky pictures are big with me too.
