A native of Australia, Zhann comes to Argo Residential with a fresh approach to the New York real estate market.

“As you know, Australia is a little more laid back than the U.S. and I find this approach is appealing to many of my clients,” he says. “It allows initial barriers to be broken down quickly and for the development of strong business relationships. I get excellent results, but in a less frenetic atmosphere.”

Zhann attended Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, where he received a BSc. in Biological Sciences. After deciding against a career in medicine or research, Zhann traveled extensively, developed his business and entrepreneurial skills in the hospitality industry where he opened and managed successful restaurants and entertainment venues in Australia and the United Kingdom.

His experience in travel and customer-service businesses and his strong people skills have proved invaluable in his real estate career. Zhann easily relates to his clients and pays attention to the details. This careful attention to satisfy his client’s requests and his unique ‘Aussie-style’ approach has led to continual business growth and client satisfaction.

Since joining Argo Residential, Zhann has fast become one of the company's top producers, closing over seventy deals last year, with a sales volume in the multi-millions. Working with both sellers & buyers, landlords & renters, Zhann is a true master of the business.

Zhann is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and the National Association of Realtors. He maintains contact with his homeland while participating in the life of New York by his active involvement in several non-for-profit organizations including the American Australian Association and Advance: Global Australian Professionals. Zhann resides in Forest Hills and is actively involved in the neighborhood serving as a director on his cooperative's board, and as Argo's representative for the Forest Hills Chamber of Commerce.
