GBAPP’s mission is to serve the Greater Bridgeport community through education, collaboration, and intervention by empowering individuals to make informed healthy decisions. GBAPP works to:

* Reduce teen pregnancy;
* Reduce the spread of HIV;
* Increase access to care and supportive services;
* Enhance positive relationships; and
* Promote personal responsibility.

While primarily serving youth and young adults, GBAPP Inc.’s umbrella of services engages those in need from age 10 to over 50 in the region’s poorest and most disadvantaged populations. At schools, churches, on the streets, in homeless shelters, projects, and at neighborhood hangouts, GBAPP Inc. annually provides services to nearly 5,000 youth and families in the Greater Bridgeport area.
