I am an old retired vegetarian male hermit. In the past I was an archaeologist for a long time and an anthropology professor for over 20 years. These days, my interests include ethnoarchaeology, West African prehistory and nutritional biochemistry. I live in an isolated part of the Oregon (USA) coast within view of the Pacific Ocean. As you can see from my flickr "favorites" I like food and cats.
