I have slowed down the number of photos posted to flickr.

I am posting more to smugmug now as I have a pro account there as well.

I love the people and community here, I love the privacy, and pro tools there.

Be sure to leave comments good or bad, I want to and need to continue learning. Not all photos I place here will be my best, this is a scratchpad for me to release Ideas and insperations.

About the name Gaz954:
Years ago (Circa 1994) I played my first multi player text game on the internet and a friend of mine also was going to play. He told me he would use the "handle" of Gax so I said ok I will be Gaz , Yea I skipped the Y . Gaz turns out to be a very common name in europe where its short for Gary. For a while I added a Z it became Gazz but then I noticed that was used alot too so I put my Area code at the end (954 south florida usa). Hence the Gaz954, you can call me Greg though.


About me:

My real name is Greg Knapp hard to hide since my website is www.gregknapp.net/

I grew up in Cliffwood Beach New Jersey. I later lived in Jackson N.J. where I met my first wife. I have a daughter from her. Years later I moved to South Florida and took on alot of work in the IT and ISP industry. Divorced and remarried some time after.

My Wife Carina is excelent to me and stands behind my Career change to Photography 100%.

I work as a System Administrator for a large network company based out of Vancouver, I work in the Miami Datacenter, While I work up my Photography Business.

I also have done work for Fox-Mar Photography in Miami. They do school yearbook and senior photos. For them I have worked as a Poser (sit up straight!) and Photographer

I worked for Olan Mills, Family Portrait studio chain, I did well there and took countless baby pictures :)

I have opened my own Studio which I work 3 days a week in Hollywood, Florida. If your local and want to shoot something contact me.

I also (if you have not noticed) am Quite talented with Paint shop Pro, I have been using it since version 6 and am now working with Photo X2.
