I think photography is so many things - but for me, it's a way to communicate - a way to show people the things I want to share with them, to say, "hey, look, isn't this cool? Did you notice? Does it make you feel something?" Maybe it's a way of reminding myself that I really am a viable part of the world. That we're really not so different after all, in spite of the fact that we seem more concerned with our differences than with our similarities.

Feel free to critique my photos, if you'd like. I'm always open to suggestion and ways to improve or change something.

I really love the way Europeans take photographs (artistically), and my favorite photographs are those that make me feel something by telling a story, emoting a mood, calling up a memory...
