I have a writing, editing, proofing, and tutoring service called DoubleCheck. My blog, Writers' Whims and Woes, is there.

I love animals, especially furry ones, and until recently had five cats and a dog. But I've lost three cats in the last 10 months, and had a cancer scare with my dog. Now my dog, Bear, just turned 14, and I have 4 cats, one about a year old, and the other two about 2-1/2 years old. I also love to pet creatures other than my own, and have been known to get out of the car to do so!

This is very much out of date, but still true. And I also like Law & Order: UK. I'm a big TV fan at present, and my favorite shows are "Battlestar Galactica" and "Pushing Daisies," and I really like my dual-tuner DVR!

I'm the "Groomer" for the Maine Coon Cat group on Flickr. I'm also a "Big Mouth" for GirlGab, an Administrator for the Title Me group, and a moderator for the Battlestar Galactica group. But I've fallen down on my participation...
