Mostly I just try to share, what once attracted my attention. Other as in my childhood I seldom take a camera in my hands. I hope I'll try to correct this a little bit soon...

The gato (cat) is my "alter ego" ;) , perhaps an influence of my dear sputnik for many years, which is a cat from I believe to have learned a lot. If you ask yourself, how one can learn from a cat, I recommend you this book:

A lot of different things are interesting for me. But my constant interest and love is Yoga in its Buddhist understanding and so of course the man and the question of freedom in his life.

I would say, that I am an artist. There is the outer art and the inner art. Yoga can be by a large part a work to do. But it also can be the art of your own awareness. You can be aware of beauty, of fantasy, of reality, of life... and you can be aware of many other things. It is a man's art too. What you would like to be aware of in your life?

I believe that we do not need anything for to be happy. All we need for this is given for us. For to be content we need something dependently of the situation. But one can be content being a slave also or being free. That is the crucial point. Sometimes it is a choice.

Like: nature, good movie, sport (wrestling, boxing, sprint) good books, internet as a big world library, available time, to communicate with my friends.
