8GBs of ram, and Core i7 cpu with 500GB 7200rpm, April 2010 model.

Also an external 24" 1920x1200 IPS LED backlit Cinema display for editing photo's

Firewire 800 Lacie 1TB backup drive.

I also calibrate the displays with the Spyder 3 pro.

I used Aperture for about 2-3 years and just started using Lightroom 3 and Photoshop CS5.
