Thank-you for looking at my Flickr photostream.
The photos vary from snapshots of where I was and what I did, to more serious expressive photography. Many of the images here are from Kodachrome 64 transparencies scanned with a Nikon CoolScan VED. The majority were taken with a Pentax LX, and the oldest with a Canon FTb. Most of the hiking pics are digital, shot with a Canon G7 or G11 which fits in the pocket of the waistbelt on my backpack.
My avatar is a 12" Kodak Commercial Ektar lens in an Acme shutter (both were made in Rochester NY circa 1963 when the USA still manufactured cameras) mounted in a Calumet CC403 4x5 monorail view camera (also Made in the USA). At this time none of my 4x5 work is posted on Flickr.
All my photos here are natural light without filters, and no Photoshop. Thanks again for taking the time to look at my photos. I hope you found at least one that was worthwhile.
