Copy/paste bio - Gary is an award winning multi-platform producer, author, educator and Director. Last year he founded the global training group StoryLabs.us growing innovative multi-platform, transmedia productions and has recently taken up the Executive Producer ABC Multi Platform TV role. He is CEO of Multi Platform company MUVEDesign.com creating branded & story based augmented reality, virtual worlds and transmedia for major companies. Gary was previously Senior Development Producer and Manager at the BBC in UK for 8 years – delivering interactive Social TV, broadband internet and emerging platforms to millions of UK users. After 2 years in the US as interactive producer Gary then became the founding director in Australia of the Innovation Training Unit LAMP.edu.au via AFTRS between 2005-10. He recently became a Distinguished Talent permanent resident in Australia and since 2005 runs the top ten AdAge Power150 Media & Marketing blog personalizemedia.com in Australia. Gary designs & lectures on full time multi platform content courses at MetroScreen and AFTRS and has been an International Interactive Emmy juror for the past few years and adjudicates on several multi-platform funding initiatives.

More about my my photography - it varies from travel, abstract, landscapes, guerilla and studio portraiture, virtual worlds, musicians, events and much more. I use a digital SLR Canon 5D MkII, Fuji X100, Leica DLux4, Lumix FT3 now mostly but in the past have used Mamiya 7 and RB 67ProSD medium formats, Nikon FM2 systems, Ricoh GR1 and even a large format 7x5 inch! Some of the pictures here are scans of medium format all the ones since 2002 when I got my first Canon 10D are now digital of course and there are some earlier virtual world images are of course taken as in-world photos using exactly the same techniques as the real world ones - lighting, composition, lens selection and so on.

Travelled extensively and trying to keep up with the many thousands of pictures I have taken in Central Asia, Europe, US, Hawaii, Australia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Canada, North Africa, Turkey and more.
