  "I've today just come across Garry's work here by first viewing the abandoned bus in the red-earthed Australian outback which consequently led to viewing his many other photographs and then some correspondence with him where I learnt that he is Swiss-born.
  Using techniques far beyond my humble capabilities, it is perhaps an outsiders eyes guiding the camera's lens that so well capture the character and quirkiness of Australia in his exceptionally captured images displayed here. The adventures of his travels are represented with awe-inspiring beauty, while in his 'special' immaculately prepared shoots display an attention to detail and an eye for the drama of the 'long moments' of time exposure and what he terms Lightpainting. Extraordinary images taken by these techniques at night are revelatory. He insists it's relatively 'easy' to achieve which is encouraging of him to say, however, I think he underestimates his own genius! His images of Outback Australia are magnificently portrayed."
