Please note that *all* of my photographs posted here are copyrighted and I have reserved all rights. This restriction is clearly marked in the licensing information for each file. I absolutely do not permit usage of my photography elsewhere without permission. If I wanted you to use my photo without permission, don't you think I would have chosen a creative commons license?

I am happy to grant permission to usage of photos, depending on usage, photo, and a zillion other things, but you must ask first. (And you must wait for me to grant you that permission -- using prior to permission means I will say no even if I like you and agree with what you're trying to do).

Please do not turn Flickr into a photo-stealing site. I put my photos here for everyone to look at, not for everyone to take. iStockPhoto.com is a great place for you to get photos to use on a royalty-free basis.
