I've been a photographer since I was 15 years old. I've been a freelance photographer for 20 years. I work primarily in the editorial field shooting for magazines. I had my first major photo published in 1996 for USA Today. I've been shooting for them ever since. I've had work published in The Atlantic Monthly, Diabetes Forecast, The American Bar Association Journal, Rails-To-Trails Magazine and more. I'm a 1993 graduate of The Rochester Institute of Technology with a BFA in illustration photography

My Goal with Flickr is to make friends who have a passion for photography, to learn from them, and to share the knowledge and experience I have of photography with others.

I've been to all lower 48 states (many of them multiple times) and most of Canada, either by car, plane, foot, or bicycle. I love an adventure and I love to travel.
