    "As a long time follower of Fruitcorner's other works including her numerous published thesis and documentary film, I was somewhat apprehensive when she announced she would be branching out into still photography.

    Although confident that she could eventually replicate her individual postmodern subtle style I was nevertheless nervous that early forays into this new medium would be dissappointing. How wrong I was.

    Fruitcorner has immediately produced stunning contemporary works which evoke her very personal blend of reflection and observation. My favourites include the intense "DANGER Helicopter DANGER" series and the bravely revealing "Sofie-Drunk-On-A-Girls-Night-Out" collections which are some of the most honest and thought-provoking pieces around. Alongside these thrilling set journeys sit the homely warmth of "At home with Lurpack" and the simple pleasures of "Gt Bentley Veggie Death Squad Monsters Attack!!!!"
