I started digital photography in January 09, and found it pretty interesting, probably because of the word "digital". Since I've an software engineering background, I think this helped me bootstrap photography, because, I've to admit, I'm not really an artist...
I enjoy a lot the technical part of photography, both in camera and in post processing, but struggle with composition and other "artistic" kind of things.
For the moment, I don't have strong preferences in term of photography, but I like taking picture of animals, nature, landscapes, sunsets and making portraits and night photography.
Since I'm a beginner, comments, advices, tips, etc. are more than welcome. I hope this will help me improve my photography.
