Uncle Anya (a blackberry photographer?)'s photostream

i love to shoot people (with the camera, of course), street, snapshot, kids... but, of course, my lovely Anya and Zach are always my preferred models...





i really want to tell a story or say something out of the photos i took... even if no one is reviewing my photos, at least those works make me THINK... and i have been experimenting different approaches to capture images...


















my gears:

(1) Canon G10

(2) Canon 300D (my wife bought it second hand couple years ago as a bday gift for me; haven't used it much though; just started to use again lately and love it...

(3) Panasonic DMC-FX07 (great small DC... it has been traveling with me for quite some time... now my daughter uses it.)

(4) Zorki MIR (lower version of Zorki4; Leica rangefinder copy produced in 1959 to 1961) x Jupiter-8 (50mm f2)

(5) BELOMO Vilia (a FSU film camera; almost like a toy)

(6) Nikon F60 (took a lot of great travel photos with her especially my almost 6-month journey in Europe but not sure where she is now... somewhere in my house???)

(7) Helios 58mm f2 lens x 2... just got these two interesting lenses from eBay. Both were made in USSR in the early 80s. They have their character. Strange bokeh... It is fun to be used with 300D.

(8) Nikon Nikkor AI 24mm f2.8... this was also from eBay. using on 300D... yes, C x N! Great quality lens indeed.

(9) Leica IIIc (just got her... but still have no time to test her)

(10) Blackberry Bold 9700... together with Photoscape to do the post-processing, it is fun!
