I am a Consulting Electrical Engineer living in Lavalette, West Virginia.

In my youth I dabbled in photography with a Miranda SLR and a handful of lenses, although the enthusiasm waned after high school.

After decades of point and shoot and working for a living, I purchased an entry-level DSLR and jumped back into the hobby. The little bits I learned long ago in night classes at the local college about composition and exposure are still around; although the left-brained engineer trying to wake up the right brain enough to do creative post-processing is a challenge.
