I have lived and worked in Asia since 1990. Most of that time has been spent in Singapore which is my current home. I have also spent several years in Japan and Malaysia. My first SLR was the manual Minolta SRT 303b which I had saved up to as a teen. Gave up on film and started using a digital SLR mid-2006.

I upgraded my old trusted Nikon D50 to a D90 some time ago. Very happy with it.
