I take photographs to improve my perception.
I live in Germany.
I got my first dsrl, a Nikon D70s, in April 2007. After a year of taking thousands of pictures and buying tons of equipment, my pictures were still boring and dull. Suddenly a flash of inspiration hit me: the problem was behind the camera! So I took a course at the local adult education centre in April 2008, focusing on archtitecture and views of the town. I guess it helped:) What definitely helped even more is to watch the work of the many talented photographers here on flickr. This also helps against getting overly enthusiastic with my own pictures:)
I love colours, the stronger the better. So please, owners of a sensitive retina, visit my photostream with caution:)
