I have loved fibers and crafts since I was a child, as my mother was very encouraging of creativity and art. I will always be thankful for that.

About 5 or so years ago, I started getting obsessed with knitting, and began to make my knitted items as gifts for my friends and family, and little things here and there for myself.

Recently, I started spinning my own fibers. Having sworn off synthetic fibers years ago, I am very conscious of the materials I use in my projects. I only spin with local and/or recycled natural fibers. I obtain my fibers from either farms, sheep and wool festivals, or large mills that discard mill-end rovings not suitable for machine spinning. These rovings are top quality, and perfect for hand-spinners, and would be thrown out if we didn't buy them.

I do not dye my fibers (yet), but try to create beautiful natural handspun yarn for your use. All the yarn sold can be over-dyed very easily. If you have a request (specific yarn weight/fiber type/natural color), please let me know, and I will do my very best to fill it!
