Photography is a passion of mine. In most cases, I’d rather be out “shooting” than doing something else. Primarily, my two biggest interests that I “shoot” are related to street/candid and emergency services photography. I also enjoy air show and Disney photography.

I have been most active on Flickr just since May 2009, although I have had this account since 2007. I also have been a “PBASE’r” since some time in 2003-my images on PBASE can be viewed at this site: that site can be seen by following this link: www.pbase.com/slhfoto

My equipment that I use can be seen here: slhfoto.com/equipment.htm . I have just added a Canon 50D to my list of equipment-placing the 20D in semi-retirement.

Who I am can be summed up in the following: Christian, Husband to a wonderful wife; Father to three great kids; and Brother, Uncle, Son and Friend as well.

While my on views tend to be that of a “Conservative Republican”, I do not believe in censorship, and will photograph/document situations that contradict views of my own.

*****A note on my Flickr sets*****

I normally use a two-camera set up while I am out “shooting”. Rather than be so anal as to try and match everthing up, my sets will be broken down by camera/lens. As an example of this, here is one day at an air show broken down by camera:
