Forum Lenteng is an egalitarian non-profit organization as a means to expand social and cultural study. Forum Lenteng founded since July 2003 by several students (communication/journalism), artworkers, researchers and cultural analysts. The purpose of Forum Lenteng is to study various issue in culture within the society, as to support and develop chances for empowerment of social and cultural studies in Indonesia. Forum Lenteng works in collecting data, in the aspect of social and cultural which comprise historical and contemporary progression, in the framework that hand in hand with the development of an era by creating solution approaches for various problems of social and cultural in Indonesia as well as in international. One of the medium use by Forum Lenteng is audio visual (film and video).
