Am still a budding amateur photo enthusiast so any comments appreciated!

I currently own a Sony WX1 which I won in a competition and previous had a Panasonic Lumix TZ3 which I purchased in Hong Kong. Prior to that I was a big fan of the Nikon Coolpix 7900 and I was quite sad to part with it.

The Lumix took time to get used to but it got good reviews (I still think my old Nikon took sharper shots). I like the new Sony compact esp the panoramic feature but I miss the long zoom of the Lumix.

Also own a second hand Canon EOS 350D SLR and also won in same competition a Sony Alpha which I have yet to use as I need to buy a lens. Still learning SLR photography and its very much trial and error but very pleased with shots I've taken so far.

I particularly like travel photos as they can capture a moment that you will treasure forever and possibly may never see again. I especially love Greece for its vibrant colours and warm climate. Further afield have been to New York and Hong Kong, both amazing places and will definately revisit sometime.
