I dream about fishing often. I imagine myself far way, on a small quiet lake or beside the proverbial babbling brook somewhere. The water is so clear you can see the fish swimming in there. Your reflection has lots of trees or maybe a bright blue sky peeking out behind you. It can be any time of day because it really doesn't matter. So what if the fish don't bite. It's all about the sights and smells and sounds. And it feels good.

Sometimes I even get to go fishing. And when I retire very soon I will fish often.

My daughter bought me a GPS and introduced me to geocaching last year. I began Waymarking just recently, but it seems to be a better fit for an ADD cacher with a camera.

I packed away the ol' 35mm SLR a few years ago after purchasing a P&S digital. Finally, I'm ready to read the instruction booklet and find out how to get the blasted thing off Auto Mode and maybe get some quality pictures!

Oh, and theres the over-100-years-of-photos albums that my 87 year old father has entrusted to me to scan and sort and save.

Life is good. It's all about how you see it.
