I am a fisheries biologist in Yellowknife, Canada. I specialize in fish photography (including underwater). I also spend every free moment working on scientific illustrations of char and trout.

I once was in love with my cameras. Remember the Nikon F3 and F4? However, digital is so practical, especially for underwater work, that I reluctantly caved in. I despise the D40 but use it alot. I don't like the D200 but use it every day. I had a D2h that was as close to love as I ever felt towards a digital camera. I also use a D90 which I can't stand but image quality is very good indeed.

Update: Okay, so now I use the D90 more than the D200 because of great high ASA performance. The D200 works like the human brain, the D90 needs tinkering, which I notice my electronic gadget friends seem to love but in no way is photographer friendly.
