We are a Seattle-based small company making cultured veggies with seasonal produce from local farmers. We chop, grate, shred, stir, and press; high-mineral sea salt and nature do the rest. In two to six weeks, we jar and refrigerate our live foods, where they continue to age like a fine wine or cheese. Our product is raw, live, and full of nutrients that your body craves daily. Winner of the Good Food Awards in 2011, our ginger carrots as well as kimchi, sauerkraut, and raw salsas are available at local farmers markets and health food stores in the Greater Seattle area.
