I am an artist and have just moved back to London from the New Forest. I've just finished a foundation year in art and design and had a ball! I'm going to study Fine Art at Wimbledon College of Art, University of the Arts starting in September. I have loved drawing and painting ever since I could pick up a brush or a pencil. I enjoy focussing in on things sometimes to the point of abstraction and looking at things from strange angles. I often add plant seeds to my paintings for interest and texture. I go through colour fads, partly depending on the time of year. Sometimes I love, over-the-top bright colours and other times I go for a very subdued palette. I have exhibited at the Mall Galleries and the Menier Gallery both in London, in Warsaw-Poland and in the New Forest. I have recently done the official portrait of the late, great blues legend Tommy Johnson which is going to be displayed publicly by the Tommy Johnson Foundation.
