Film Streams is a nonprofit organization in Omaha, Nebraska. Our mission is to enhance the culture of the Omaha-Council Bluffs area through the presentation and discussion of film as an art form. At our cinema, the Ruth Sokolof Theater, we show new American independents, documentaries, and foreign films, and classics, themed series, and director retrospectives. We also host a variety of special events, including Q&A's with guest filmmakers, panel discussions, forums, and special screenings of movies made by local filmmakers.
