Seriously addicted to film cameras. So far my collection includes:

- Iskra
- Olympus 35 SP

- Canonet QL19
- Canon Dial 35-2
- Canon Demi EE17
- Olympus XA
- two Olympus Pen EEs (both the 1/60 and 1/250th versions)
- Minolta Hi-Matic 7s (shutter works only intermittently)
- Minolta Hi-Matic 7s-II (compact and beautiful, although the aperature has decided to only open at f16)
- Konica Auto S2 (heavy, but a spectacularly sharp lens on it)
- Olympus Trip 35
- Polaroid SX-70 (thanks hessiebell)
- Lomo Vilia
- Kodak Super Six-20 'Brownie' Junior
- Kodak Bull's Eye Six-20
- Kodak Holiday Brownie (127 camera)
- Agfa Click-I
- Holga 120N (thanks sockeyed)
- Kodak Brownie Hawkeye Flash (thanks Christopher Evans)
- Diana and a Rover (Diana clone) (damn you, Christopher Evans, for making me buy *both*)

Oh, and a Bronica SQ-A...but that was just a crazy impulse purchase.

Like I said before...it's a sickness.

I've also gotten back into developing my own black & white film, which I hadn't done since high school. So far it's been working out well, although I'd like to experiment more with pushing film and maybe even trying C-41 or E-6 processing.

If you want to use one of my images: please contact me to discuss licensing terms.

    neilbruder says:

"FGJ manages in his photostream, to deftly interweave pictures of (among other things) architecture, studio portraits, urban scenes - all rendered with the same skillful eye and attention to detail. Combine that with a consummate wit and you have a photostream that is impressively varied and of a joy to browse."

    joelf says:

"One of the most interesting, industrious and powerful personages to grace the pages of history during the eighteenth century is filmgoerjuan, Empress of all the Russias. Historians have not always been kind to filmgoerjuan's memory, and all too often one reads accounts of filmgoerjuan's private life, ignoring filmgoerjuan's many achievements. The stories of filmgoerjuan's love affairs have been vulgarized and can be traced to a handful of French writers in the years immediately after filmgoerjuan's death, when Republican France was fighting for its life against a coalition that included Russia."

"filmgoerjuan is a very nice and friendly guy. I'd happily walk across the Brooklyn Bridge with him, again. Also he is funny, most of the time."

    brownpau says:

"With avid cultural sensitivity and agile wit, filmgoerjuan -- actually a clever anagram -- makes short ironic shrift of various anachronisms in things of the world and out of it, profound and vulgar alike. I envy his affinity for the composition of prose which so keenly reflects my own tastes in cultural participation and perception. It makes him a threat to me, and he must therefore be terminated."
