Long time amateur photographer from an old American family.

I use a digital Cannon Rebel and a Cannon Powershot, the former with telephoto, wide angle, and macro lens. I am elated to have ditched film.

I have been abroad and, as is shown below, have visited a number of our states, but my travel pixs are prints and slides I have only barely started scanning.

In June 2007 I decided to label my photos and to do so with an alias, Elorac. (I hate that you have to be so careful today about revealing information about yourself!)

I appreciate very much your comments and enjoy very much viewing the many wonderful photos taken by other flickr members from all over the world.
