I have recently taken early retirement and have always been interested in all aspects of photography. This includes collecting equipment as well as taking photographs. I started taking an interest in photography at school, when photography came under "physics". Got the bug, built my own darkroom, updated this and my equipment over the years, (most still in my possession - hate to part with old friends !). My personal digital cameras are now a Leica M8 for street/candid photography, (where no one takes any notice !),and a Nikon D3 for most other subjects. I Class myself as a "GP", (general practitioner !), - subjects I enjoy photographing include, "Candid photography", "Street Photography", "Transport", "Dereliction/Graffiti", "Night -time", and home City of Liverpool and environs. I now have more time on my hands to pursue my art and will regularly add new images to my Flickr site - one day I'll have a go at portraiture.......
