I'm a Brit living in Germany.
I've been through all kinds of "stages" of photography, but at the moment I'm back to trying to take photos that don't need editing. Having always upped the saturation and downed the light to get strong colours, I finally decided to do something BEFORE I shoot. What works for me is under-exposing and upping the contrast. No further changes are necessary, unless for artistic effect.
Been loving my Canon 7D for almost a year now...'till death us do part!
