I love underwater photography, but only get to take a few scuba diving trips each year. So how do I get better? I've decided to focus on "topside" photography as a way to improve my underwater skills.
My husband gave me a Canon Rebel XTi for Mother's Day (also counts for my birthday and anniversary presents!). I've been clicking away ever since.
And a few years later on Mother's Day I got a Canon D7. And have acquired a nice set of lenses since..
So what about my underwater photography? I now realize that I'd need to spend many thousands of dollars to take my good camera "down under" and get good strobes to go with it. One of these days...
