I don't know Bryan personally, but you can get a sense of him going out of his way to get information for people who need it. I only wish I knew a fraction of his knowledge.

He has an amazing amount of knowledge about everything Canon (and beyond, for that matter) and is more then willing to share his experiences with anyone who asks.
