Dear swap partner:

I like fresh modern fabrics, nice clear colours though I definitely admire and appreciate softer colours and like those too. There really aren't any colours I don't like in some setting or other, even browns and neutrals! I'm also a big fan of solids.

I love whimsy, but not anything too "cartoony" or caricature-like. I am happy with wonky or not, abstract or not, pretty much anything goes, really.

I adore birds and bird motifs. Also trees and circles. And fleur-de-lis. And polka-dots. Really into the look of improvisational piecing these days.

I'm not a fan of country calicos or dull Civil War prints, but I do like the brighter 30's reproduction fabrics (i.e. reds, blues, oranges, purples etc. vs. pale pink, apricot or pale lavender).

SWAP INFO/ISOs

I'm transitioning my stash from more traditional fabrics to more modern, and so I'm pretty open to whatever.

Also interested in notions: water soluble markers, Olfa rotary cutter blades (45mm), thread (aurifil in neutral colours), Thangles in larger sizes (i.e. larger than 2").
