The son of a professional photographer, I grew up with a camera in hand in the Catskill Mountains in upstate NY. Now I'm in Tallahassee, FL and learning how to appreciate nature without mountains, seasons, brooks, waterfalls and so on. I like to think I'm adjusting well, although I do try to take full advantage of the opportunities for photographs when I go up to visit family in NY.
