My Ethos

My works focus on colour across a variety of subjects. I spent time in Florence Italy studying art, and works include representations of musicians, sports and dancers to portray their energy and passion. I complement these with works on the animal kingdom.

My paintings also contrast the serenity of ocean beaches with abstract works representing our busy universe. The application of colour and hue is my preferred focus — which and I have been influenced by the Impressionists.

My abstract or geometric works, and nonfigurative compositions arise from my introspection about our amazing universe, and the micro-worlds where beauty and
form can be obscure or peculiar.
