Fresh Anointing: The City of Refuge is a servant-based community church, seeking to minister to the needs of the people within and without the walls of the church. We are an active and authentic people who communicate the message of Jesus Christ prayerfully seeking to further the Kingdom of God through sharing with others the good news of the love, healing and deliverance found in Jesus Christ.

Fresh Anointing is pastored by Bishop Perry W. Jenkins Sr. and Co-Pastor Vinceretta Jenkins.
