Late to the digital photography age; my alliance with film finally over, I switched to a Rebel XSI/450d. Something of a step down in both size and weight from my trusty EOS 1 (bought used on ebay) this little Rebel is still proving to be an excellent introduction to digital photography. Modern AF is an added bonus in the Rebel's 9, 18 or whatever AF points compared to EOS 1's single AF point. Overall I'm happy with my choice to switch and happily expanding my abilities in the digital world.
