Biography:
Ricardo Cardoso


Born and raised on the picturesque island of Bermuda, Ricardo Cardoso began his interest in photography with the desire to capture the natural beauty of his paradise home.

Some six years later, Ricardo continues to experiment through his preferred digital format, and is still developing his talent and honing his skills with a keen attraction to the photography of landscapes. Despite an expansive collection of scenic shots from around the world, and his relocation to Ontario, Canada, the lens always finds its way home.

Ricardo is mostly self-taught, but does cite local well-known photographers Scott Stallard and Roland Skinner as influences in his art. Ricardo’s photographic achievements include the featuring of his work in recent exhibits at Switzerland’s famous Musée de l'Elysée and Bermuda's Onion Gallery.
