In 1998 childhood friends Rhonda Eleish and Edie van Breems, inspired by their shared Swedish heritage, set out on an adventure to bring the best of Swedish design back to the States. The partner's company, Eleish van Breems, Ltd, is the fruition of their travels and studies on Scandinavia. The partners are known for their fine Gustavian antiques mixed with quality reproduction and contemporary furniture designs from Sweden and Denmark. They are a leading resource for designers and private clients around the globe looking to incorporate a very special northern sensibility into their interiors. Rhonda and Edie are the authors of Swedish Interiors (Gibbs Smith, 2007) and Swedish Country Interiors (Gibbs Smith, 2009) and have been featured in Country Living, House Beautiful, HG-TV Canada and Glamour among others.
