Eusko CarSharing Elkarteak, Car Sharing-a Euskadin bultzatzeko ekimenak, Car sharing-a (ibilgailu kolektiboa partekatzea) eta Car Pooling-a (ibilgaluaren eserleku hutsak partekatzea) bultzatzearekin batera, autoaren erabilera zentzuduna sustatzea du helburu, berezko mugikortasun iraunkorraren alde.

Eusko CarSharing Elkartea es una asociación que se crea con el proposito de promocionar e impulsar el concepto del Car Sharing o coche multiusuario (uso colectivo del coche) y el Car Pooling (compartir las plazas libres de un automóvil) para promover el uso racional y responsable del automovil, como valor inherente para favorecer una movilidad genuina y duradera.

Eusko CarSharing Elkartea is a non profit association that is created with the purpose of promoting and fostering the concept of car sharing or car on demand (collective use of the car) and the Car Pooling (share the available seats of a car) to encourage the wise and responsible use of the car, as an inherent value to gain a genuine and lasting mobility.
