Not quite your everyday renaissance man, but something along those lines. I'm a "Creative". I guess that is the shortest way to say what I am.



The longer way...

I studied fine art in college and graduated in the top of my class (that and two bucks will get you a cup of coffee). I'm almost always working on something creative and and am consistently exploring new arts and crafts in addition to a range of photography. I used to prefer painting in oil, but I find myself working more often in acrylic and other mediums more frequently. I also work in watercolor, serigraphy and a few other mediums. Recently I picked up a "Baby" Intaglio Press and you'll see some new prints popping up from time to time. Finally, and on top of that I can be found exploring some crafty stuff that will occasionally pop up.

I have a passion for photography, especially landscape. I will admit that its primarily escapist for me. But escapist in a good way. I also like to shoot portraits, studio still-life, and other methods like TTV.

For work I'm the Creative Director at a rapidly growing company where I oversee, produce, and direct graphic design, illustration, photography, etc. I absolutely love it. I get to wear a few different hats there and even occasionally do some copy writing.
