I am a photographer, travel dork, prospective English teacher, and novice homebrewer who enjoys mornings and sometimes reads grammar books for fun. I'm from Chicago and I live in Hanoi. I like bicycles and trains, and I sip on Scotch and Porto. In the past, I have been a podcast producer, a part-time movie sound man, a Mac technician, and a J-school dropout. A Norwegian restaurateur once called me a socialist. I like coffee and tea equally.
