    _Massimo_ says:

    "Chris totally rocks.
He's a great photographer, always full of tips and recommendations. I can't even recall how many things he taught me about lighting and posing.
He can strike a conversation with anything living. That always amazes me. Of course after I met Abby who can strike a conversation even with non-living things (walls, cameras, etc.), I have been a little less amazed.
He has a great taste for movies and books.
He has not such a great taste for music.
His humor and wit are always a blast.

I'm so glad I can call him a friend!"

"Engelfish is ridiculously talented at making real people look amazing. He works like a bloodhound. You’ll be walking along with him, when you realize he’s looking around at his surroundings, checking out the light. Before you know it, you are being directed to “stand over there,” “look in this direction,” “suck that in,” “twist,” etc. It doesn’t make sense in the moment, but later, you found that he has transformed you into a goddess when you were least expecting it. There is nothing better for the ego than hanging around with him for a while. He turns regular folk into superstars."

    beebo wallace says:

"I Mirmecofagidi mostrano un corpo robusto, di forma allungata e compresso lateralmente. La lunghezza, esclusa la coda, varia dai 15 cm del ciclopede ai 120 cm del formichiere gigante.
Presentano un lungo muso conico a forma di proboscide e lingua filiforme, vischiosa, con la quale catturano le termiti e le formiche, introducendola rapidamente nei formicai attraverso le aperture prodottevi con i grossi unghioni.
Dormendo si riparano e proteggono con la foltissima coda."

"Chris is one cool dude. He is a great people photographer. His portraits are nothing short of a moving experience. But he is incrediably selfless. He has given so much of his time and energy into our flick group, sometimes at a great personal expense, and sometimes I don't think we thank him enough."

    Sgt. Gooch says:

"Chris Engel is the man!!! He is an excellent photographer, and he knows a lot about photography, Photoshop, studio lighting and the business in general. I've learned a ton from him! He's also lots of fun, and has a great sense of humor. The Raleigh group has definitely benefited from his ideas and work, and I owe him a lot personally. He seriously married over his head with this exotic South African chick, but at least he's smart enough to know it. :-) The only thing I have against Chris is his $#^%@! cats. I'm still sneezing. Seriously."
